A small bakery with a long morning.
We started Sugar Creek with one stubborn idea: baked donuts can be better than fried ones — lighter, friendlier on every diet, and just as good with coffee on the bench out front.
So we wake up early. We mix by hand. We bake until the racks are full, and then we open the door.
